Axia Solutions
Axia Solutions Ltd have been delivering work based learning and apprenticeships since 1999. We specialise in Leadership and management, lean manufacturing, logistics, facilities, print and business improvement.
We have an office base in Stoke-on-Trent, where some programmes are delivered. As part of the IOT, we will be delivering the:
- Level 4 in business improvement (improvement practitioner apprenticeship) and,
- Level 5 Operational manager apprenticeship.
Both these programmes can be delivered at a combination of the IOT or on employers’ premises. We encourage apprentices from employers to network to share learning and experiences.
We engage employers and apprentices in their programme, right at the offset. Ensuring that we accurately identify starting points and skills gaps, agreeing with the employer a plan to address them. Progress is regularly reviewed with the employer with a focus on developing skills that will enable impact in the workplace.
We want to develop all apprentices and learners regardless of age and level to ensure that they have a full understanding of contemporary issues and contribute positively to the society in which we all live. Our #BeTheChange enrichment activity is offered to all our employers. It includes topics such as Managing Worry, Sustainability, money management, relationships and confidence. We pride ourselves on challenging our apprentices and learners to be the very best version of themselves.
Our trainers maintain their industrial experience, all have significant years’ experience in business, most recently undertaking Carbon Literacy Training and Lean Six Sigma, yellow, green and black belts.
Our provision is highly responsive to support individual employers’ needs. We recognise the importance of building long-term relationships, collaborating and communicating.
